NewlywedsJenni(PeggyWebber)andEric(JohnHudson)moveintoEric'spalatialcountryhome.JenniisEric'ssecondwife;hisfirstwifeMariondiedwhensheaccidentallyslippedandhitherheadontheedgeofadecorativepondontheestate.AtthehometheymeetEric'sfriends,theReverendSnow(RussConway)andhiswife(ToniJohnson),aswellasMickey(AlexNicol),thedevelopmentallydisabledgardener.EricprivatelymentionstotheSnowsthatJennispenttimeinanasylumfollowingthesuddendeathofbothherparents,andMrs.SnowrevealsthatJenniisverywealthy.
